finally did my CNY shopping.
i know it's super last min but aiyah couldn't really find time.
been busy with work and all.
oh and i shopped ALONE.
my god, this is the very first time i actually shopped alone. LOL.
wasn't much of an experience cos' i felt rather sad and lonely (HAHAHA!) but i managed to get my stuff fast.
at least i don't have to go through the following scenerio:

me: do you think i look ok?
friend A: yup. not bad.
me: are you sure?
friend: yeah ok lah not bad really.
me: huhhh...should i just get it?
friend A: ya just buy lor.
then you'll repeat the same thing with friend B. 
the whole process will roughly take 30 min to an hour.
the worse thing is you decide not to get it afterall.
so in the end, your friends get exasperated while you get brain-fried (from thinking too much).

but when shopping alone, it's just that the salesgirl will try damn hard to convince you to get their stuff, it's up to you whether you wanna get it or not. 
there's no one else to ask for opinion.
so in usual case, it'd be "should i get it? aiyah whatever lah just get. heck. damn tired alr. lazy to go walk somemore to find. at most just regret later." 
tadah! whole process takes 5-10 min. 
HAHAHAHA!

and so i got myself a pair of white patent heels, black skinnies, clutch and a dress after combing the whole heeren, wisma and far east. 
as in seriously, i walked into almost every single shop ok. 
almost died cos my legs were aching damn badly. 
couldn't find clothes that i like and everything's so expensive lah.
stupid chinese new year.
effing inflation.
BAHHHHHHH. ):

in conclusion, i'd very much prefer online shopping.
fast, fuss-free and needs minimal effort.
